The ProGARM 4616 Hi-Vis Orange FR Trousers are a top-of-the-line garment designed for workers in high-risk environments such as rail, petrochemical, utilities, industrial electrical, and power generation industries. These trousers have an Arc Rating of 6.2 cal, making them suitable for workers on or near the trackside who require garments certified to RIS-3279-TOM standards.
Constructed with a new, lighter, and more comfortable fabric, these trousers are designed to be worn in conjunction with the ProGARM 4608 Jacket for maximum protection. The trousers feature a combat pocket with flap for safe storage, kneepad pockets for extra comfort, a mobile phone pocket to keep your phone secure, and side access pockets with flaps to protect from debris entry.
Additional features include an extra wide belt loop at the rear to prevent the belt from riding up, a ThermSAFE™ plastic FR zipper that is CE certified, SafetyICON™ on the leg pocket for visual EN Standard icon system, rear pockets with flaps for secure storage space, triple stitched side seams for lifetime quality assurance, reinforced crotch for improved longevity, and a ThermSAFE™ Jeans button for a jeans-style fastening.
The trousers also feature 5cm Flame Resistant AS Reflective Tape that is double stitched for longer life, ensuring maximum visibility in low light conditions. With certifications including BS EN 1149-5, BS EN ISO 11611, BS EN ISO 11612, BS EN ISO 20471, BS EN 61482-2, and RIS-3279-TOM, these trousers offer flame-resistant and arc flash protection for peace of mind in hazardous work environments.
Delivery will be made to the Buyer’s business location. The Buyer is responsible for unloading the goods and adhering to any health and safety requirements. Once delivered, the Buyer assumes all risks for unloading and storage.
Delivery is considered complete when the goods arrive at the Buyer’s location. Delivery charges may apply based on the order value and location.
Delivery dates are estimates, and delays do not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order or claim damages.
If the Buyer refuses delivery, payment is still due immediately, and the Buyer is liable for any storage or related costs. If goods are not collected within 14 days, the Company may dispose of them.
Shortfalls and Non-Delivery
The Company’s record of the quantity shipped is final unless the Buyer provides conclusive evidence otherwise.
The Company must be notified in writing within seven working days of any non-delivery or shortfall.
The Company’s liability for non-delivery or shortfall is limited to re-delivery or issuing a credit note.
Returns
Returns may be accepted in exceptional circumstances if the goods are undamaged, returned within 21 days with a return reference, and notified within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted if the goods have been altered, marked, or made to the Buyer’s specifications.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returned goods not suitable for immediate resale. Additional costs for making goods resaleable will be charged to the Buyer. If the goods cannot be resold, the Buyer remains liable for the full price.
